The Spring Valley Village is new construction of one apartment building and one duplex brookside on two sites for supportive housing. The project will contain a total of 18 units, consisting of two-and three-bedroom units. Units will target those at or below 60% of the area median income. Nine (9) units will be at 30% and nine (9) at 60%. The project will provide a preference for those who need supportive housing services and the state will be provide the supportive service element.

Leasing is expected to begin January 2024. Applications will be accepted at 4141 11th AVE A Moline, IL 61265 during normal business hours until further notice.
